IMPORTANT:
(Part of the program described on the trips can be modified depending the level of the water on the Amazon rivers. The captain of the riverboat has total authority on the trip, as well as, to decide about navigation and safety)
Depending on natural conditions prevailing at the time, such as weather conditions or river water level the guide can modify itineraries of the tours in the interest and safety of the passengers to ensure the better enjoyment of the excursion.
VERY IMPORTANT:
1- It’s requested you to arrive in Manaus at least one day before the departure the trip.
2- The day after you will be picked up at 9:00am at the reception of your hotel and conducted to the riverboat.
3- Transfer in- out: It’s extra, (distance from the airport to downtown: 30Kms). A car or a van will be waiting for you at the airport, your name it will be showed you, as soon as, you get at the hall of the airport. The payment of the transfer must be delivered directly to the driver of the car.
4- Transfer from hotel (in downtown) to the riverboat, it will be free of charge. Transfer back on your own.
5- Credit – Cards and traveller-check: No longer acceptable, due long delays on the bank, too much burocracy and constant problems in the electronic system in Manaus, as well as, problems of operation, internet off line etc, bringing about you the possible lost of the trip. For this reason, please! only cash is available as payment!

8- The captain of the boat and the guide are responsible for the trip.
9- Payment in cash before the departure of the trip. Remember, to arrive Manaus one day before the start of the tour is very important!
RIVERBOAT:
Measuring from 15 to 20 meters long, two decks, panoramic view, sun area, dining-room, electric generator, toilet, showers, accommodation on board in comfortable hammocks. Riverboat is roomy, comfortable, clean and very safe, it’s perfect for navigation on the Amazon rivers. The boat is equipped: motorized canoes for the incredible rides throughout narrow creeks, lakes and amazing flooded jungle, professional cooker on board.
